delivery program for products you use all the time. Tell us exactly what you
need, how much you need, how often to send them, and you are done!

a call, and consider it taken care of!

an annual subscription of monthly/quarterly deliveries. Your credit card is
billed after the order shipped out.

or cancel your orders at any time for any reason. No strings attached.
- SHIPPING SCHEDULE. Your selected
products will be shipped on the same day of each month (excluding weekends
or holiday) via UPS Ground Service, and they will arrive at your doorsteps
in one to five business days.

It is required to protect your rights and to describe your obligations with
AutoDelivery Service. Once you have reviewed the terms and conditions, and if
you agree to abide by them, then please sign on the AutoDelivery form at bottom
of the page. Please note that by signing the AutoDelivery form you indicate
that you have read and understood the Policies and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree to be bound by the Policies, then do not sign and you will
not be on the program.
