These foot warmers pads maybe used hot or cold, depending on the user’s preference.
For a warm pad, just place the heat pack in a microwave for less than 3 minutes or simply place it in a plastic bag , seal it to make sure that water will not enter the bag, and submerge it in a basin filled with hot water and let the heat permeate into the pack. For a cold compress, wrap the pack with plastic and put it in the freezer until the desired coldness is achieved.
