Be more involved in your kids’ life:
While youth that are friends with their parents are less likely to be involved in unsafe activity. Our teen’s kids are at risk for drugs (substance) of abuse. It's important for family if parents talk to their kid and make open and credulous relations. More you implicated in your children's lives, the more you’ll protect them from drugs and alcohol abuse.

1. Set up together time. Found a regular practice for doing something together with your child even if it’s just going out for ice cream.
2. Establish family meetings. Everybody obtain a possibility to talk; one person talks at a time with no disruption; and only constructive, productive feedbacks are allowed.
